To check the status of your application, you can follow these steps:
1. Enter the school domain the organization provided to you (it should be a domain like exampleschools.schoolmint.net) and log in with your username (the email or phone number you used to create the account) and password.
2. On the home section of the site, you'll see the Student Dashboard with the student's name on it. Right below the name, the lists of schools that you've applied to will show with the student detail (whether it's a new or returning student), the school year you are applying to, the date when the application was last updated, and then the status:
If you are wondering what the status of the application means, you can check the meaning of each of them below:
- Submitted: This is the first status parents will see when they apply to some schools through SchoolMint. This doesn't mean your child has been accepted.
- Waitlisted: Parents can see this status after the lottery has been run. It means your child is waitlisted, and the school needs to decide if they will accept your child's application.
- Canceled: Parents or Schools have canceled the application. (Reach out to the school for more details).
- Offered: This means parents have received an offer from the school to enroll the student.
- Accepted: This is the status given when parents have accepted the offer from the school.
- Declined: Parents declined the offer from the school.
- Rescinded: Parents will see this status if the school revokes the offer. Contact the school for more details.
- Registration in Progress: Parents accepted the offer from the school and started the registration process, but the registration is not complete yet.
- Registration Completed / Verified: Parents have filled out and submitted all the required information to complete the registration process. They do not have any other steps to be completed on the SchoolMint side.
IMPORTANT: If you need further information about the status of your child's application or required documentation for the enrollment process, you can contact your school directly.
