If you have to register a new student, you will probably have to upload the transcript and several documents to complete the paperwork and submit the required documentation to the school.
To initiate an upload, the forms cannot be in Submitted or Completed status, if this is your case, please contact the school administration to either revert the form status or explore alternative methods to deliver the paper(s).
The transcript is rarely requested, but in case the school requests it, follow the next steps to upload it:
- Locate the "Upload" button within the forms. Your computer or device will display a window to choose a file to be uploaded.
- Pick the "Folder", such as "My Pictures", "Photos" or "My Documents", and select the document you wish to upload. Then select "Open." If using a mobile device, you might get an option to take a picture.
- The document will take a few seconds to be saved. Once it is ready, you will see a new button: "View", this means your document has been successfully uploaded.
The documents you can upload must be images in format (.pdf, .jpg, .png, or .jpeg) and should not exceed a maximum size of 20 MB.
Note: If you uploaded the wrong document you can, click on the "Upload" button again and select the correct document. This will replace the incorrect document with the correct one.
