Once you have created your SmartChoice account and filled out an application for one student you have the option to submit forms for additional students in your family.
To do so, you will continue to your parent dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard link at the top of your screen.
From your dashboard, you will see the students you already have submitted forms for along with a link to "Start a new Application for Another Student" which will take you through the process for your additional children.
