Each school or district has the power to determine if the forms are editable after submission.
To determine if the form is editable you will need to first log in to your SmartChoice parent account. If your forms are still editable, you will see an "EDIT" button located to the right of the school's application on your parent dashboard.
Clicking the EDIT button will take you to the final step of the completed application. If the application has already been submitted, you will be directed to the confirmation page. Throughout the process, you can view the application steps on the left side of the screen.
You can make changes to the application steps that are not grayed out by clicking on the desired step and updating the information. To make changes to your application, click on the relevant step that you wish to edit. Once you've made the necessary updates, continue through the application to save your revised form data.
