Please note that some schools may require parents to directly contact the school to update the "Family Profile" information. If you are unable to add another guardian to your SchoolMint account using the steps outlined in this article, please reach out to your school to provide the necessary information for the addition of the guardian.
To add another guardian to your SchoolMint account, please follow these steps:

Login to your SchoolMint Account.
- Click on "Family Profile"
Note: If you are accessing the website through your mobile phone, please tap on the "Menu" button located at the upper right-hand side of your screen, and then select the "Family Profile" option to proceed. - Scroll down until you see the "Add Guardian" button and click on it:
- Fill out all the required information (*) and click on the "Save" button when you are done with the guardian's information:
- Once you have saved and created a new guardian profile, you will be able to find it listed in your Family Profile settings:
IMPORTANT: Secondary guardians will not have separate access to your SchoolMint account.
