Settings in the SchoolMint site:
The primary guardian on the Schoolmint account can set the communications on the contact preferences under account settings.
- If your contact preferences are properly set, you should be receiving notifications.
- In some cases, school organizations may provide an "unsubscribe" button for you to opt out of receiving notifications. Once you unsubscribe, only the school organization will have the ability to re-subscribe your email or phone number. If you wish to be re-subscribed, please contact them directly.
Phone Settings:
To reactive your phone number, you can go to the latest message that was sent to you by SchoolMint and reply with the following words depending on your needs:
To Stop notifications:STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT
To reinstate notifications:START, YES and UNSTOP
