Once a guardian or student is created, you have access to modify their information anytime. Check out the steps below on how to edit, we'll also include instructions on editing guardians/students via the mobile app.
Need to modify your name, address, or contact information?
- Login to your SchoolMint account. Then, click on Family Profile from the blue navigation bar or the Menu. This will bring you to your family account.
- Next click on the pencil icon for the guardian or student you need to edit.
- Now you can edit any of the information on the card. Please note: if you need to change a student's name, contact your school after making the change so they can update their records.
- When editing your address, you can manually enter the address or pick from the Google Maps suggestion to autofill the rest.
- When you are finished updating the account, simply click on the green "Save" button. Confirm the new address, and update other students and parents if necessary.
- Let the school know about these changes.
Need to modify your username or Password?
- Login to your SchoolMint account then click Menu > Account Settings.
- Next, scroll down to find the Change Username/Change password boxes.
- Enter your desired username or password and save. Please note: you may run into an error if the requested email/phone number is in use. If it is, you may have a duplicate account. Please contact us to have your accounts merged.
If you don't see a Pencil Icon on the Family Profile option you'll need to contact the school administration directly so they can update the information on your behalf.
